Phase I – Pre-Evaluation Inspection and Check In
- Item is evaluated for repair cost
- Digital Photos are processed and cataloged
- Repair Unit is logged and checked in to our system
- A unique tracking number is assigned to the unit for online repair status tracking
- Item is data based so techs can track the item’s history (repetitive or first time repair).

Phase II – Approval and Repair
- Once you approve our quotation for service, we immediately proceed with the repair
- You have the ability to approve your item using our online system
- Unit repair is carefully performed in our repair lab using modern day diagnostic and troubleshooting devices
- Preventive measures are taken on every item to replace components that may cause a future failure

Phase III - Testing
- Motor range tested from 1.5 HP to 100HP
- Amp testing available for simulating current for load testing
- Test voltage applied when warranted
|
Phase IV - Cleaning and Final Inspection
- Dirt and debris removal. Item is degreased when necessary and oil traces are removed.
- Item is almost new looking upon return
- Includes a detailed quality assurance report dictating why the failure occurred with corrective and predictive measures taken to assure a good working unit.

Phase V - Shipping
- Item is carefully shipped using Instapak® foam protection
- Most items are double boxed
